ONE QBE is an acronym for the six values that drive the day-to-day behavior of our people, which underpins our strategic mission.

ONE QBE, and the six values it represents, is the common thread that makes us ONE team of people whenever and wherever we do business in the world. QBE aims to foster a workplace that is fair, inclusive, and seeks to attract and retain the best people to do the job.
Our goal of inclusion within the community extends to internal groups that celebrate diversity in its many forms (including diversity of thought) and help employees broaden their perspectives by expanding their network within QBE. With this in mind, QBE formed several Business Resource Groups, which are networks for employees who share similar backgrounds or interests and share a common focus to address a particular business challenge in the organization.
BRGs also provide a "community" for employees across all levels of the organization to network and work cross-functionally to address these business challenges. BRGs support diversity and inclusion efforts by building awareness about each population across the organization. All employees are eligible for membership in any BRG, and participation is voluntary.
WIN@QBE's vision is to implement strategies to increase QBE's employment value proposition and to promote women's advancement and retention throughout the organization.
MIX focuses on leveraging the talent and breadth of diversity of QBE's employees, including ethnicity, cultural heritage, generation, geography, work styles and experiences, to help create both a great place to work and improved business results.
PROUD was formed to help foster an inclusive environment that supports all employees, including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) by raising awareness of workplace and social issues impacting the LGBT community. QBE believes employees are fully engaged and productive when they are free from distractions and barriers.
VALOR's mission is to recognize and support our employees who have served, or may be called to serve, our country in the U.S. military and to provide career opportunities to veterans who are transitioning to civilian careers.
